Happy Thanksgiving

Getting ready for a fantastic meal with my family! I offered to make dessert and knew it would be pumpkin based. I decided on a Pumpkin Cheesecake via Bon Appetit.

Supremely labor-intensive! It's still in the oven and I can only hope it turns out ok. It will barely have enough chill time before it's served. Fingers crossed!

I'm thankful for so many things, and I've been highlighting them all this month. I'm working on a little project that should be finished by the month's end.
